It's good that I can see people having similar mindset as I do. I am glad people are being more open. I moved to Toronto recently (Nov'18). I don't stay in Brampton or Mississauga cause I never wanted to. Not that staying with your country folks is better, it just helps you settle in easier.
All the best to everyone who will be moving to Canada soon.
Great! I am having the same timeline, my passports were delivered on 5th Feb. Let us know as soon as you see a change in status in CIC for your application. As far as I know, as soon as the visa and COPR are issued the status will change on CIC.

just received a message that decision envelope has been dispatched from IRCC office to VAC new delhi. The online account still shows application in progress
In the past, even I laughed off looking at people getting their PR done in the span of 2-3 months because we don't see things as they are, we see them as we are!

Thank you so much & I wish you, and everyone here the same!
Yes, a total of 5 months from AOR to PPR, 152 days precisely.
My reasoning to land in April is exactly that, the weather will be better and more conducive to moving around.
I am also divided between ON and BC, haven't finalized yet!
FYI- Don't rest in the hope that the weather will be better in April. I landed in March last year, and there was a 'freezing day' instance last year in April which literally had scores of cars in accidents (atleast in the GTA area).
