Have been trying to get through to an agent multiple times a day, ever since! But, haven't been able to speak to one, yet. I used the webform to enquire the cause of delay but didn't receive a concrete answer to thaat, either. All I got was, "

Has anyone got a response from CPC-Ottawa? I emailed them a while ago and nothing but when I send a CSE they ask me to contact Ottawa VO directly

They take a while to respond to queries some times so if you have't heard back yet just be patient and give them a bit more time.

hi, I am NOV 8 AOR, FSW-O applicant with non accompanying spouse from India, am stuck in IP1 since 11th Dec 2018, shall I order GCMS notes or shall i wait??

Also, my PCC will expire on 24th March 2019, shall I get a frsh one and upload via a CSE although I have not received an ADR?? Kindly suggest

AOR Sept 5th (more details in signature)
Eligibility in progress
Criminality not started
Security passed

Agent said everything looks good and to just wait and see.

What is the difference between criminality and security? Why haven't they started on criminality yet?
Does anyone know how much time I am expected to wait until PPR from here on?

How're you even able to reach an agent ?? The automated voice doesn't put me through an agent ever. It always cancels my call!
