Really that's weird. could you please verify where did you apply from ? when your ip2 started and whether they asked you more document such as CV , military table etc ?
I think it may take couple weeks up to more than years for some people,
I am from China.and neither had work experience with gov nor military .i can not login to GCkey only eCas and IP2 is mid of Dec 2018(I believe) was that Screening it's applied to all applicants ?or random? thanks

it's not Random but depends on officer and also some factors such as nationality, number of trips to some certain countries etc.
I have a question that how do you know if you went to ip2 ? cause its only visible through cic account or ordering GCMS notes.
and one more thing. the timeline for suv is about 13 months. so we are still in the projected time frame.

yes that might be. I think the Government of China does not share their citizen info with Canada and this is more time consuming to verify some points.

Hi Kingcoon,
May I ask you how long did it take for you to receive the letter of support after the courses that incubator asked you to complete?
Thank You.
I was accepted into the incubator program 2 weeks after I completed the course, but this really depends on the incubator how the process goes internally.
I doubt if registering a business would have made any difference. A complete federal registration including a NUANS name search process take 24 hours or less. You'll get the articles of incorporation and a business number within a day.
Good move not to register the business beforehand, otherwise you'd have to change the director status from non-resident to resident Canadian after landing. Companies incorporated by non-residents with no other resident director do not get the small business exemption on taxes.
I just got my PR status this Tuesday. In-land, Vancouver.
Application Received Aug 30 2018
Acknowledgement Sep 8 2018
Request for docs and medical Nov 28th (sent everything the following week)
Final determination appointment email Jan 28 2018
Final determination and COPR signing Feb 19 2018
I was told by legal counsel this is a relatively new way things are done lately with the final determination and COPR being done downtown instead of a border crossing. For any wondering, the final determination appointment was just a formality; confirming your mailing address for PR card, voiding your old permits and being congratulated by the officer.
