ECAS finally updated for me. June 18 applicant and ECAS says processing started Feb 4. Finally some movement!

I am June 6th applicant haven't got it yet medical request don't know why? congrats those who received today med request? question guys?
how did received medical request? is it by email or you guys just check online status?

Application Received- June 4th
AOR- July 19th
OWP- Sep 7th
Processing start- Feb 1st
Background check start- Feb 6th

But no medical request yet

One thing i don’t understand about background check
When it will start?
Its been 4 months i have pass my medical
So impatient

Had a quick question. What is the average cost of Medical Exam? And what do i need to take along with me for the medical exam?

Usually around 350 including lab work and X-Ray.

Depends on the clinic, but usually passport, the sheet that CIC sends you, and 4 photos of yourself (your clinic may have a digital photo system, in which case you don't need any physical photos)
