My Aplication was received July 6th 2018 7 month ago .

First of all. Congratulations!! But is it normal that it takes 7 months for them to check if you meet the requirements?!! Or was there a mistake in the application because that’s long wait

Thanks for the congratulations. There was no mistake in the application but I was requested to submit RCMP learance and FBI clearance which took me almost two months to get them and submitted .

What is the next stage now for my Aplication ? What must I be expecting now because when I check online is still in process.

Did you apply Inland or Outland?

It sounds like you applied inland. With outland applications sponsor approval comes near the beginning of the process. With Inland, sponsor approval is usually around the end of the process. If you applied inland than all seems to be on track, you’re getting closer to COPR!

It is taking about 2 months to get AOR so you should get yours around Feb. 20. Hang in there! lol

Applicant Name"

Is this the AOR that people have been receiving?

PA's country is India and I am PR.

We applied on Dec 11 and document received on Dec 12.

I am able to see the status in ECAS but not able to link the application. Mind you, i just got this email this morning, so all the information may not be in the system yet.

But it is not detailed as linking your application to a GCkey account.

So can you link your application to both account. Like I know what GCkey account is... but In ECAS what can you see?

You can see if the application is in process in the ECAS.
We tried to link with both the accounts, but was not able to do so. I think i will wait for a couple of days before i attempt at linking the applications to my GCkey account.

In the ECAS .... under "Sponsorship Application Status" ... today it has changed to Decision Made! That is interesting.... apparently will be informed of the decision soon. Will update you all if it goes to the VO. Nothing new showing on the GC Key accounts of either sponsor or PA.

The PR application status is still showing in process.

How about the Medical ? have you done ? if yes , its pretty quick , soon you could have Passport Request .
