PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

Hey, any update post passport submission?
What was your submission date? I am presuming you submitted the passport at VFS CP office in Delhi.

Yes I have submitted the passports ( VFS BANGALORE ) on the 31st ! And got an email on the 4th saying it’s delivered at IRCC office and is in process.

What is your status ?

I submitted on 1st Feb at VFS Mumbai. My status is same as yours..

I had submitted the passport at VFS Delhi on 31st and were delivered to IRCC for processing on 1st Feb. Got an email a few minutes back saying the decision envelop has been dispatched from the IRCC office to Visa Application Center in New Delhi. I am hoping this means that the visa and COPR are on their way, though I see no change in the IRCC portal.

That's amazingly quick. It sounds probably VFS will ask you to collect passport or courier based on pre-selected option in a day or two. congrats

That’s quick ! Congrats . When are you planning to do your landing ? And which province are you looking at?

5 months is for PPR, Not Passport..

Yes, I meant PPR!!

I am Nov 2 AOR so I should expect it somewhere around April.

Landing - probably in April, haven't decided yet - same goes for Province.

So you got the good news in 4 months after MEP. So in that case I still have another 2 months to go

April will be a good time to land since winter will be over. Most preferred destination is Ontario. For me, I will most likely land in British Columbia since I belong to the Production field so living in Vancouver is more beneficial for me.
