Good Evening,
Forgive me if this question has been asked but, the issue is, hubby signed all applicable portions of the application but he used the wrong date format.
Instead of YYYY-MM-DD he did DD-MM-YYYY so he dated his application as 30-1-19.
Will this be a problem. Do I need him to resend? Can I correct on my end by writing the correct format above?
Thank you
Sorry or pardon my ignorance but just looking for some clarity on your response.
No I wont have any issues submitting my application with the above mentioned date format?

The correct format would be 2019-01-30. Not 19 and not even 1. Although I can't imagine they'd be that petty, for peace of mind you could always redo the forms.

OK, Thank you
