When i first wrote to them, they replied back to me with the consent form the next day. In the email they mentioned that they will revert back to me in 5-7 days once I provide them the consent form and all details.

But I did not provide them with the signed consent form.

@bimale4bipeople ok great lets see if they will ask me for consent form.

Hello everyone..
Got my gcms today..received in 3 weeks..
Seems nobody has touched my file since july..
Reason mentioned in the notes seems to be related to pof..
It says that i have mentioned my savings ac no on bank letter but there are fds with different ac nos..
I already discussed this with @tobs and she is very helpful as always..
More opinions and suggestions would be very supportive in case if we are missing something..
Experts please comment

I'm neither clear about facts of your case nor what you really want to know. It would help if you could explain a little bit more what is happening or better if you could share screenshot of your GCMS notes.
