Qucik Answer: No one can tell
my file went to IP2 in July. Still waiting.
IP2 does not mean anything. If your lucky the officer works on your file, if not, you have to wait in queue. Sorry if this is not what you were looking for

We will come to know the change only in April. Apparently it's going to be skilled labour-friendly.

Saw that from recent Trump news conferences too. Will see how that turns out, sound like easier green-card path. Am thinking about maybe venturing into US to see how it goes after becoming a Canadian citizen.
