My BG status still hasn't changed since December 4

It still reads, "We are reviewing your additional documents provided"

As per the agent I spoke he said my R10 check is complete and file transferred to CPC - Ottawa. So in that case I should be in NA2 for eligibility check. However, I am still in IP1.

probably they haven’t updated your profile page..did you mean to say IP2? Instead of NA2?

No I meant NA2.

As per what I've read when it comes to different stages of PR

IP1 is for R10 checks and once that is complete, it will change to NA2 for eligibility checks, then it changes to IP2 for security checks.

As per the agent I should be in NA2 since my R10 check was completed on December 17th.

So I am really not sure what is going on with my application 91 days completed now.

I havent had any ADR so far. Thats worrying me all the more. Its like MEP happened and the case has been completely forgotten.

BTW under "Application Status" i see this today 'Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to. This will help move the application process along'.
I havent received any email though for any requests. Does this mean anything?

In my case, ADR was asked on November 30 and I uploaded it on December 1 and the BG status changed on December 4. Since then nothing
