Yes, the photo has to be taken within last 6 months.

I used Walgreens. They had the Canadian specofication on their system

Thanks. The last time I used Walgreens they didn't do a good job. The photographer was lazy, but I'll try a better location. IRCC is very strict on pr photos so professional is better
