Mine still has remained the same both gc key and ecas(PA side) medicals done and passed as well as sponsor approval so who knows, we are all different .
It’s great to see some other members getting some answers and I look forward to following everyone’s journey
My wife just told me she received an email about the application being received by the local Visa Office in Pakistan (where she is being sponsored from). Is this AOR2?
We have not had the request for medical yet but biometrics are done and updated on ECAS. This appears to be a bizarre order of events. I thought medical and biometrics come first.
Anyone knows how far in the process could our application be? Initial AOR date was Dec 31.
My husbands visa office is Mexico and what I have heard they are SLOW . So I just sit back and wait . I will start to become concerned if I have heard nothing by end of March.
Medical results have been received. (no date on when it was received, but my wife did the medical exam on January 22, 2019 in Caracas. Just before all the crazy protest in Caracas.)

I'm in the same boat as you. AOR2 received about two weeks ago, file received by local VO on 17 Jan (or somewhere near that date) and no medical request yet. Seems as though they check other things first before requesting medicals, which probably makes sense as the medicals can expire and I assume they want to give enough time. We thought that my fiance would be in Canada by now, but she decided to wait until my PR app is complete. In our app we said that we would like to move in January 2019, but we obviously did not expect to wait 3 months for AOR etc. Hope it wont affect our application, we just gave a moving date that was obviously too optimistic. Express Entry and skilled workers get PR in less than 6 months, yet family takes longer. Ironic eh...

and in my case the medicals have been completed and no AOR2 yet haha. I suppose I will just not be surprised anymore and just keep everyone updated
I know of people who were never notified of file transfer to Mexico VO

Yes I will keep you all updated , this is a great group and I’m really looking forward to everyone’s journey and ppr. I have heard that the Mexico VO is very late in advising that they are processing . In some cases it was the 7-8 month mark , so I’m being patient and letting them do what they need to do.
I got an email two days ago that the file got transfer to the VO (Warsaw).
File received Sep 4
AOR1 Dec 17
Biometrics request Jan 11.
Medicals request Jan 16.
Medicals were just done yesterday so the file was transferred prior to that.
