Did anyone applied for GCMS notes in the month of December and received recently?

I have applied for my GCMS notes on Dec 3rd, 2018 and not received till date. Sent email asking for the status and received generic response(below)

"Due to exceptional circumstances, we are currently experiencing difficulty meeting our service standards. Please accept our apologies for the delay, and rest assured that we are taking steps to address the situation."

I ordrd on 26 dec n got on 26 jan..but the previous one ordrd on 26 oct not received yet.

It's been over 10 months and I haven't received any update. To make matter worse, my file hasn't been touched after June 14. I have applied for GCMS notes twice and both of them show Review Required on my eligibility. I have already provided the documents which should clear any doubts they have.

I have called as many as 10 times in last one month and raise CSE 3 times but to no avail. I have lost hope now and probably moving to Canada is not my thing.

When you call do they still say your eligibility is review required?

Yes and to Ottawa too. May take some time but you'll get it. Congrats on the approval.

Yes. Nothing has changed after June 14. My file is under review. The call center agent said things look good.

Same status
Eligibility met, Criminality passed, security not initiated

I asked her if she could send a note to the officer to know the reason for the delay ? She replied that she could only do that post 23rd March . She also said that everything looks good with application. :/

Hey Chirag, I'm very optimistic that you won't need that note neither will you have to wait so long before you get your PPR. Hang in there buddy. I'm here with you.

This is the reply I got again after I raised a cse . the last deadline for 24 January CSE has passed.should I order gcms notes again ?
