I had called cic almost before 15 days and got to know about my status..seems nothing has moved since july..

I really hope they sort out this delayed security checks. It's difficult to come here and try to make jokes or play when I know so many people are anxiously waiting.
I'm still hoping for a heavy rain soon.

well, i think you should visit here more often than usual now that people's anxiety are growing more than ever before and try to make jokes or play apart from your usual advises relating to PPR. that will definitely be equally helpful.

I asked her if she could send a note to the officer to know the reason for the delay ? She replied that she could only do that post 23rd March . She also said that everything looks good with application. :/

I think they are waiting for 23rd March and then start with security. If they do so, I would tell them to refund my money. I am no longer interested .

Hey just out of curiosity, did you ask them whether you are under security screening? People with security usually receive their pprs post 9 months from AoR. March being ninth month, are they trying to say you are under SS? Just a doubt.

I think there is more to it. Unless we know the actual reason for the delay, let's not speculate.

I am sure you will agree, we have tried ans failed all possible speculations.

I now have a strong feeling that these people select a few files at random to process it through comprehensive security. Not security screening but regular comprehensive security check.

We are the unfortunate ones landed up in the bowl of soup.
