Although my medicals have expired but I'm a dependent.

Anything to glean from these?

Canada behaving like a third world country.

Same as mine. I called them, the agent said not to retake unless it was requested. I've ordered GCMS notes on Jan 9 will receive only after 35 days from Jan 9. I'm not even sure What's going on Cos the agent was just repeating whatever I can see online

Document submitted on Sept 3rd

Jan 16th had a ghost update and nothing had changed on my profile.

Today got ghost update and I see that document review has changed from “we are reviewing your additional documents” to “not applicable”.

The document review status had stayed the same from October until today.

Thoughts please?

Jan 16th had a ghost update and nothing had changed on my profile.

Today got ghost update and I see that document review has changed from “we are reviewing your additional documents” to “not applicable”.

The document review status had stayed the same from October until today.

Thoughts please?

What happened today isn't actually a ghost update, it was normal and such kinda profile updated status means the review of ADR is over.
U will need to call up the client service or order gems to learn what's brewing.

Thank you. I ordered GCMS notes on December 13th. No word yet. Sent an email to the support group, nothing from them. Have called CIC a week ago. Planning to hold my call until Feb.

The gcms notes u ordered in December will not reflect the recent progress in place but I am sure that u will get response on ur email within 7 to 10 days of emailing them. Lets pray n cross fingers until then!!

Ya, same here! Fingered crossed. I hope I get the PPR soon. It’s been a tiring wait.

And you're still dying to live there? I think we should mind our utterances even in the face of of what seem to be a hard wait. We're all waiting but taking it cool. Comparing Canada to a third world country is silly, abusive and only makes me think your choice to live there is stupid.

Man i did a mistake. i gave the wrong email id and they sent the email to that in november. i just got to know that today. Although, i dont know what the email is about i think it is PPR as i recieved the ghost update during that time.

I have informed them about this through web form today. i corrected my email as well. Do you know where to send a request for extension if it is a PPR?

1. What all documents one has to carry while landing canada for the first time except passport/ travel documents.

2. How long one has to stay in canada post applying for permanent residence card.

3. Can I come back to my home country post applying for pr card and can share my relative address with IRCC to deliver thr card in my absence.
