My file will be treated as CEC INLAND OR PNP INLAND?

What will be the processing time? Any idea based on previous cases???

Hello Nlehal:

Your application will be treated as CEC Inland. The standard processing time for PR Express Entry as per CIC website is 6 months. If you have paid all your fees and your case is crystal clear it can be done by or before 3 months timeframe. In case if the VO raises an query, it might delay the process a bit.

Since you’re experienced.
I just submitted my PR application .. HOWEVER..something is bothering me.
I had applied a couple of months back for SINP with another (similar) NOC because my original NOC was removed. Months went by. Studied hard. Got my IELTS to hit the magic number and viola..ITA
Anyway. I wrote an explanation letter and submitted it with my documents saying I applied for pnp with a different NOC but realizing it didn’t really match my main duties I withdrawed my application.
Q: would this be a cause for refusal?

When did you get the refusal the first time? As in after how many days of AOR

Application submission: 27th January, 2019 (60th day )
AOR: 27th January, 2019 - within a few minutes after submission
