Very stressful not having any update about PPR. Does anyone knows who sends the PPR request is it CIO- Sidney or CPC- Ottawa?

Application received: Feb 08, 2017
Medicals: March 2018
BG check started in May 2018. NO UPDATE SINCE THEN. Nothing on gcms notes. Showed latest gcms notes to lawyer he says everything looks fine. Spoke to MP. Same answer: BG in process. Single applicant. No additional document request or anything. It is so frustrating!

Feb 2017 or Feb 2018??? i am June 2017 AR and AUG 2017 AOR, Medicalk Passed in Mar 2018, still waiting for PPR need loads of patience with the process.

CIC can send Passport request in 12-24 months. Don’t believe in that 19 months time period. I know a guy with 32 months, many with 24 months still in progress. Just keep your work pemit valid and stay in status in country.

I hope that's not gonna happen to the people's already got DM , usually it's beyond time frame if Security Clarence take longer time which is beyond cic's control & mean while every other documents like PCC & medical & other documents expired & need again. It's become tough but let's hope not that gonna happen.
