haha I know I know, nothing like our BSNL. Anyway we've passed on the messagein hindi we use a term called "thakela" which means something that lacks energy and is tired all the time means less efficient. we associate this with an indian telecommunication company BSNL(jokingly we say is as "Bhai saab nahi lagega" means brother no matter how much you try you cant connect on this network) so canada post seems to fit in the same band. i cant dare compare you guys with canada post. you guys are the best
