I called them at 08:45 pm (10:15 am Ottawa time) last Tuesday and was connected to an agent after 30 minutes.

You can enquire by raising a webform as well bro, ask them specifically about the progress regarding eligibility, criminality and security check. U can expect to get a response within a week.

Hi all, I finally got the 'Ready for Visa' email today. As with most of you, it has been tense waiting for this to come through and sometime gutting to hear others coming before you (despite you being happy for them). I have no hints or tips to offer and I feel for those in desperate situations just waiting for the email to arrive. To those still waiting, I hope it won't take much longer and wish you all the best.

I would like to thank everyone on this forum. We received the golden "ready for visa" email this morning!

Our timeline is as follows:

ITA - 9th August 2018
AOR - 30th August 2018
Medical Passed - 23rd September 2018
FSW - Outland (Indian living in Sweden)
PPR - 24th January 2019

We're going to vfs later today to submit our passports.

Best wishes to all the other applicants. Hopefully, you all get your PPR very soon.

If your IP2 was around Oct last, please check your profile, you may get a ghost. The PPR should be around the corner.

Hi submitted my passports yesterday....I noticed today that our face length on the photographs is slightly more say 2 to 3 mm more than the specified length and rest all specifications are fine..... Will they accept or request for new photographs and reject these? Anyone who faced a situation similar to mine?
