Received a letter yesterday for missing signatures on EIMM5669E & they need IMM5406E filled and signed again by the parents.
I have the application number stated on the letter so do I consider this as AOR or there is another email I should be getting for AOR after sending these documents?

Hi can someone give some insight on this...I plan on sponsoring my mom including me it will be a family of 2 and I meet the income requirement for a family of 2. However she does have a dependent that is my brother and he's 18 yrs old. Will they consider this a family of 3 even though I won't be sponsoring him? My plan is to sponsor my mom and then she can sponsor him after she arrives in Canada.

Here is the timeline for my Mom

Invitation received - March 21, 2018
Application sent through Canada Post - April 17, 2018
Application delivered - April 19
AOR - May 17
Decision made on Sponsorship - June 08
Email about Approval on Sponsorship - June 26 (Visa office will be CPC-Ottawa per email)
SIN and NOA provided

Requested Additional details on July 12th:
Travel History, Police Clearance, Resume, IME, and Payment for Landing fee.

The above were all provided on July 26th.

My Mom had to go further TB testing (sputum test) as there is a scar on her lung and this will take about 7-8 weeks per the accredited medical clinic in the Philippines. The tests were all completed last July 25th.

We received the Pre Arrival Services letter and another request for medical report , September 12th.

Sputum Test results were negative for TB - October 16th

Medical passed per ECAS/ Decision Made- October 17th

PPR Request - October 26th

Received Medical Surveillance Undertaking Nov 7th

Immigrant Visa Issued - Nov 7th.

Flight to Canada - January 27th

Hello everyone just got the ppr today
i just have a question, my mother is currently in india but she was here while submitting the application which was sent to ottawa.Hence the ppr letter describes to mail pp to ottawa which will be returned to my canadian address.
Now my brother is flying from india tomorrow who can bring the photographs and pp along with him and i just send the pp to ottawa and then mail it back to india to my mum?
I also tried doing the webform option in the ppr letter but its just a enquiry form which will take upto 5 days to update which got me confused!

I have an urgent question about sponsoring my Mom. I am single and I plan to sponsor my mom to Canada. In the question "the number of family members in your family unit". Should I put "1" or "2"? The problem is I don't know if I should count my mom as "the number of persons you are now sponsoring"......because I am not sponsorinng her yet.
Does anyone have some clue?

This exactly why you have to sponsor both your mother and brother. You should be posting on the PGP 2019.

I think this is a request for additional document to ensure you application is complete before they send you an AOR. I had the same thing happen to me - got a letter to pay biometric fees, which had the F000... number of top. However, I was not able to check any status or link my application until I paid and I got the AOR about a month later. That AOR letter had the F000X... number on top as well as my sponsor UCI (which I did not need to use to link my application). The AOR says my application has been accepted and has the whole use of rep language, which does not apply to me at all as I already sent the use of rep form. Hope this helps. But I do think they will not send you an AOR until you send those documents. Until then you application is technically not complete for them to start processing.
