Spouse Open Work Permit Requirement

Dear Forum Members,

I am from India and working on ICT Work permit, My wife just joined me on visitor visa and got her visitor record till Jun/2020.

I just would like to know if she needs Medical Exam to apply open work permit inside canada as she did not go through with the test?
