Did you ask the agent what eligibility under review Means? Does it mean review required?

She said eligibility is under process..thats it..
She in turn asked me if i got any instructions regarding medicals..
I told that i emailed couple of times for same but dint get any reply from cic..
She said she will go ahead and put a note for me..

Received PPR from NDVO on 9th and sent passports same day, finally status changed to approved..

Please don't panic.
It's not a red flag it just means that there's some document that your submitted that isn't clear to the case agent so he drops the application pending review by another agent or an officer.
Did you ever order GCMS notes?
