Still, nothing yet but I called IRCC on an unrelated issue and I asked about the file and they were able to look it up using the receipt number and gave me a temporary file ID but they said I cannot use that to link it online and they have not started processing it yet. The lady said I should receive an AOR soon tho, maybe end of the month?
IRCC received our application on Dec 17th.

Hi, CIC received my application on Dec12th. Looks like I need to wait til February to see if my application is accepted for processing.

Came across few forums & it is confusing. I submitted the IMM 5669 without signing in ink it as the form mentions that typing name means electronically signing it. Will my application be rejected?

Our application got sent back to us after more than 2 months of waiting because we were missing my husband’s inked signature on the Schedule A form. It’s so sad because it’s wasted time. They won’t even process your application without that signature. They first received our application on September 29, we got it back december 2nd week. We sent it back December 20 and it was received December 24 so I’m praying everything will be okay now.

I have sent the signed IMM5669 through web form. Got a reply for that as an acknowledgment. Looks like this method is working for other who did the same mistake. I hope my application will not be returned.

BTW, have you sent the signed form again when you realize the mistake.

It looks like we sent Old version of IMM 5533 (Check list).
We did not realize that this was updated in December.
I also double checked the old and new versions and there is no big changes other than the alignment changes on the Page 5.
They brought Supporting documents section from Page 6 to Page 5.

I hope they do not return the application because of this

Yes we sent the Older version and application received on Dec 14th.
We don't know that it is changed
