What is the WES equivalence for "3 years diploma then Lateral entry to 2nd year of 4 years B.Tech Program":
"2 diplomas/degrees" OR "4 year bachelor degree"?
I have done 10th then 3 years diploma then 4 years b.tech (lateral entry to 2nd year) .
Can I select 2 or more diploma/degree option for my application?
I appreciate your firm response on this. Thank you!
How did you decide your NOC?
Did you check with duties of your position?
You need to have minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years experience within the last 10 years.
I have received ITA this month.
Currently my wife is primary applicant and I am dependent.
My query is :
1. I applied paper based pr application 2013 with me as primary applicant and spouse as dependent. Visa was refused with a restriction of 2 years.
For current application Pre ITA, spouse is primary and I am dependent. Now there was a question in spouse section " Has <spouse name >applied for Immigration before?". We answered No.
Is this correct?
2. If question 1 is answered wrong, do I need to mention my UCI (got in 2013) in spouse section ?
3. Post ITA in my section, statutory declaration, there was a question
"Have you been refused visa, permanent residence ? I answered Yes, and it further asks "Please provide details", there I mentioned my UCI (got in 2013).
4. In my section again, Immigration history, it asks for UCI again. Which one to mention ?
The one got in 2013? or
The one received in current EE application under Dependents (number starts with CAN000XXXXXXXX
I am currently below the minimum scrore to receive an ITA. But my current company outside Canada is willing to give me a job offer in our Canada branch that will give +50 points on my score. With the +50 points for sure I will be receiving an ITA the following draw.
My problem is my company cannot provide an LMIA but instead can provide reference and support letters for an LMIA exemption under Intracompany transfer
"Qualifying job positions for specialized knowledge workers [R205(a)] (exemption code C12)"
Does anyone here have experience in this path? Does my company need to coordinate with IRCC or their reference and supporting letters will be enough? Also what specific items should my employer be providing in their letters for a good chance of approval.

LMIA is not compulsory. If your job is exempt from LMIA, then you don't need one. But job offer must be there. How long is the job duration?
I also haven't came across something like this.
You can apply with previous work. But that doesnt llook good when you show that you have no current job. If you can rephrase the duties of your current job to match with your NOC, it is great.
My brother got rejection today for his Visitor Visa. Can he apply for Express Entry? (He has CRS score of 460)

Can anyone please tell me where to go the fingerprinting done ( Form FD-258) ? My local police station does not provide the service. I called my local UPS; they mentioned that they only handle fingerprinting for one company and need a unique barcode. We are based out of Boston,MA. Any help/guidance in this regard is highly appreciated.
I have a quick question, me and my wife want to apply for express entry Federal Skills Level with work experience from back home. We are currently living and working in Canada. Do we still have to show the proof of funds or it’s ok because we already have jobs?
You DON'T have to show funds as long as you can prove you have worked 1 year in NOC Skilled Occupation (0,A, or B) in Canada. If not, you'd have to show funds.

Sorry to hear that.
He can still apply for express entry even though he has been rejected.
He will just need to be honest and ensure he meets all EE requirements.
He still has a good chance, depending on the reason for the rejection of visitor's visa.
