Hi, Mine is in same too.....AOR on 10th Jan 2019 and now BG is in progress state...ideally medicals should be done first....strange isn't it ??

Yes, it should as per my reading in this forum. But they have no real sequence of doing things. We would know of any official updates when we receive a message in our account.

You have just submitted your application. BG will ideally go back to not started once you clear medicals which now happens after 30-40 days. Most December applicants are still waiting for medicals. You should be prepared for a minimum 3 months wait. A large number of applicants receive a decision in 5th or 6th month.

I submitted my application on the 11th and got a confirmation as well. But I just noticed that I forgot to attach a rather important employment letter... how screwed am I? my PGWP expires in june 2019 too

You can raise a CSE and include that documents.
