I just got my GCMS note. This is as of Dec 14th. Under security I have only 1 activity, that is security not started. It seems to me there is no redacted page. I cannot see any S.15 or S.16 mentioned around any page. It is confirmed my primary VO changed to CIO now. Last change happened on Nov 16 when I passed criminality.
I have ordered a CBSA note that will arrive on february first week. That will shine some more light on the situation.

That is a good news. At least you know you have not been sent for enhanced SS. But, why they haven't started your security? I am sure it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. It seems no one in CIO touched your file
I called and got same info, agent said that everything looks fine etc. So, on my second attempt i was told that criminality is in process since July 16 '2018...
So, activity 1-5 does not show anything related to SS?

i cannot think of any other reason apart from the fact that i have paper pnp pr file with CIO and maybe it could be related to that. but most people in that situation got their EE application processed faster like in 2 months.
so i have no idea at this point. the agents wont sent a note to CIC until april 2019.

It is very much obvious that their method of communication sucks. From one side, applicants who were approved had to email NDVO to remind them send ppr and from the other side cases like you that are left untouched with the excuse the each applicant is different blah blah blah

what can be done in this situation? i think if some other applicants around june is in the same situation then i will understand they have a backlog in Sydney.

Yeah I agree, Maybe it is backlog. And I don't know of any method that can push them do something. If the issue was the review require you could be proactive and submit some documents. But, for security there is nothing that you can do.
