we did landing on 13 Dec,2018, we applied through an agent for Spouse application,never made any CIC account,is it possible we can check our PR card process?? or we need to try calling them after some time???

So, I am having a hard luck with photos, got a re-submission request second time for PR card since last October. What you guys suggest is the best professional place to get the photos per specifications clicked in West coast area in Los Angeles,CA in US?

On an average, how long does it take to get the PR card after photos re-submission ?

I just talked to CIC agent on phone. She said check back in 4 weeks after photo re-submission, if you don't hear anything.

Landing: Oct 14th, 2018 as a principle applicant with one dependent.
Photo request for myself : Dec 8th, 2018
Sent out the new photo and the photo was received on Dec 19th, 2018 by CIC according to the tracking note.
Ghost update for my partner's card: Jan 4th, 2019
Approved for my partner's card: Jan 7th, 2019
Card received for my partner: Jan 10th, 2019
Waiting for my card still.......

Hi guys, I just got approved for the card. Photo resent reached them Nov-6. Seems it takes more than 2 months from photo resubmission. Hopefully I can receive the card next week.

A few more days, and it will officially have taken me longer obtaining my PR card, than to actually become a PR

Thanks for the update. Do you remember when you received the photo request? I received mine on October 17th, photos arrived at the center on October 22nd, and so far I have no updates...frustrating! Yesterday CIC told me they are still processing photos before October 22nd.
