My criminality is still in progress since July 2018... Is that normal?

I got information that "Criminality is in progress since July 16, 2018." should I be doing anything?

as for me, i keep repeating patiently until i get one. many says to call as early as possible. for example 8AM. but i am not sure how effective that is.

Hi ts From your posts it seems we have a similar situation with all else done but security being stuck, while having no reason can prompt SS. I do think it is not the processing office's fault but that it is stuck in CBSA. I have emailed my primary office and a supervisor replied to me basically saying they can't request priority processing to CBSA just because a file has passed deadline, and that not to contact them again unless I hear nothing before February. So I am taking that as a ray of hope that it means it will finalize this month.

I also ordered CBSA notes which that analyst said would be in mail next week. o_o

I Managed to submit my passport to my LVO( dakar, senegal) after receiving Ppr from NDVO yesterday.
They told me even if Ppr ia released from another VO there is no issue.

hi that's a lot of valuable details. thank you for that. as for me i am still not sure whether it is SS or in any other process I am stuck in. only gcms and/or cbsa notes can provide me with the details. my eligibility is recommend pass, not passed as of now.
