Offer letter langara college?

Hi,

Has anybody enrolled pg diploma certificate in langara college for January 2019 intake?
I applied in the month of September I got a mail stating my application is being reviewed and I got my langara i.d which they provided me in the mail. Yet I haven't received my offer letter. Can anybody help? Or has anybody got an offer letter from the above college?

I had applied langara for May 2019 on 26 October. I received langara ID in 4 weeks but still not received offer letter, it's been more than a month that my application status is 'under review'
