only contact them if your file is approved. They won't respond to you otherwise.

Since your AOR is September, try ordering GCMS notes to know the status of your application. Most approved applications come with ghost updates

I got my aor on july 06,2018
Medical passed, Since then no update.
I applied my gcms notes today hope for the best

I just sent a mail to NewDehli VO and I am hoping for a feedback because the agent I spoke to on the 27th of Dec said that the Ghost update I got on the 18th of Dec was because my file check was complete (that is how she put it). I do not know if that means that my file was approved though.

I'm currently living in Nigeria and the VFS in Nigeria has refused to accept the passports for submission to New Delhi, insisting on a change of location to Accra..

Hey guys, I had a question. I received a redo medicals request on December 14 and new medicals were turned in on December 21st. New medicals changed to 'medical passed' on December 27 or 28. Any idea when to expect PPR?
