Hi,
I am planning to apply for a visitor visa to Canada. What is the best way or which way has a better chance? Below mentioned are brief details.
1. Fiance is in Canada with a PR (Want to get to canada ASAP do not want to wait for Spousal PR)
2. Job in MNC earning about C$800/month.
3. Possess a US B1 Visa ( Visited twice in the last two years), Have visited Sri Lanka too.
4. Can show employment documents/Bank statement and balance of about $2000 CAD.
5. Can provide LOI from fiance/ or friends, fiance's relatives (Citizens) residing in canada. But no proof of relationship.
a) should I apply for TRV under tourism or TRV to visit family/friends.
b) will a refusal of TRV pose issue for Spousal PR (once we get married).
Any help would be great. Thank you.

IMO, a refusal is most likely in your case. Don't apply for a TRV. It would be best to apply for spousal PR and wait it out in your home country.
Here's why:
1. Your salary is extremely low and won't be an incentive for you to return to your home country.
2. You bank balance won't pay for airfare leave aside the cost of the visit
3. Stating you are in a relationship/intend to marry a Canadian PR shortly puts you in the high risk group of potential overstayers
4. Not sure about the circumstances/length of your visits to the US. Your visit to Sri Lanka does not count

Thank you for your response. I am including them with your reply.
Here's why:
1. Your salary is extremely low and won't be an incentive for you to return to your home country.
2. You bank balance won't pay for airfare leave aside the cost of the visit
Query: if I can show more balance, would that be helpful?
3. Stating you are in a relationship/intend to marry a Canadian PR shortly puts you in the high risk group of potential overstayers
Query: Would it be alright if I don't state the relationship in my application?
4. Not sure about the circumstances/length of your visits to the US. Your visit to Sri Lanka does not count

I was in the US the twice . 1st visit I spent 1 months and the 2nd visit I was there for 3 weeks. Both the visits were for official training.
Finally, if I do apply and get rejected. Would it affect my SPOUSAL PR application?
Also I am trying to migrate through my company ( not sure if it'll work out) if it does will the rejection affect the decision on this.

It would depend on the refusal reasons.

Not sure how your company can help you to migrate. Do you mean anICT or a Work Permit? These are not direct immigration paths per se.
I suggest you sit back... study all possible immigration options (spousal PR.... or through an economic stream, etc).... and then do an honest evaluation to check what option would be best
