We were initially thinking Victoria, BC, because it's awesome and gorgeous, but recently changed our minds to Toronto becuase we felt it would be easier to land a proper job there What about you? And everyone else

Well initially we were planning to move to toronto , but then changed our mind and now we will move to ottawa as i am into softwares. So in ottawa, there are numerous jobs for IT. I like a calm place so i thought of it.

There are more opportunities for Petroleum Engineers/Geo scientists than anywhere else.

I just got the worst news ever.
My file has been approved at Ottawa (Ghost update on the 13th of December) and my application was moved to Sydney, NS.
So yh, good and bad news.
This is the most heartbreaking update ever. Now I know why I didn't receive my PPR today.

Well then thats the perfect city for anyone related to it. I started this communication because I wanted myself and other people relate to what people with same profession have in store.

So I just spoke to an agent who confirmed that my application has been approved. Application is still with CIO and has to be transferred to Ottawa office and PPR mail will be triggered from there.
She had no visibility on when the application could be transferred to Ottawa and when the email will be triggered.

Congratulations @Blessings211 it's kinda funny how our situations are reversed. Yours is going from CIO Sydney to CPC Ottawa, mine is the reverse.
