Oh boy, if your aim is to obtain PR why don't you go through the express entry system. You have masters also so you should have a decent score.

My score is less bro,i have to take 8777,and moreover i have only 2yrs exp,cross experience matters?

You will have to justify why you need PG course after masters, you can't say that you want to get PR via studies. Also its not an absolute that you need 8777 , you will get 1 or 2 points less in an express entry if you have less. You will need a good score to get into a good college and academic IELTS is more difficult than general IELTS. Unless you chose a course that will make sense after masters and you are able to convince the visa officer that why you are studying this course will you be able to get visa. If you just want a course to get a "fast track" PR then you will most likely be rejected. I would suggest doing another Masters or Ph.d or working on improving your express entry score.
