I have a question. I just completed my profile online and submitted it. My CRS score is 450. What are the chances of me landing an ITA this draw? And how does the Tie Break Rule works? Is this means that anyone applied before that date will receive ITA or it only applies to candidates who have the minimum CRS score for that draw?

For example, if the cutoff is 450 and your score is also 450 then the tie break rules will apply where the submission date and time will be important. However if the cutoff is 450 and your score is 451 then the tie break rule will not apply to you. That means, it won't matter when you have submitted your application

Sorry to interrupt the flow of the discussions, but does anyone know how to access the number of applicants in the pool
for Draw number 60? U know, as in, the same format for the pool numbers for each draw. I just need to check something regarding that
particular draw.

I believe you can do this by checking the ray of hope thread corresponding to the 60th draw on this website. They are usually posted at the beginning of every thread. Hope this helps!
