Hello guys, I just called to CIC and was told that I need to resend my photo again. They just sent me email about the photo specification instruction but did not mention in the email to where I have to resend the photo. Can anyone advise?

Anyone has experienced to take their photos in Shoppers or Costco? I took my previous photos in Walmart but it was failed, so I am thinking of other places. Thank you.

did you receive notification or email of any sort from CIC? example: re-sending of photo for the 3rd applicant? check your Junk or Spam folder. otherwise call IRCC now.

No i did not received any email. All 3 photos took at the same time and same place. Hopefully no photo request!

I will raise a webform monday.

Landed at Etobicoke- Sept 27, 2018
Received PR card - Dec 10, 2018.
My card was issued on Nov 24.

Note: Cannot mail via FedEx/UPS cause it's a PO Box address.

Just got the photo renewing mail for her.. We’re not in Canada so got to courier the photos.Anyone has information about sending to PO Box via courier?

Did you cal them before about file ? That photos are good or not ?

My wife and I got pr card approved on Dec 4th.
We called CIC and it turns out they send mine to my previous address and my wife's was sent to our current address.

However, wife my card was received at my immigration laywer's office today.
Anyone knows what I should do? CIC is giving me false info.. I can not trust them

Hello there,

I am in the same situation. I did not know that I need to resend the new photos until I called to CIC to ask for the status this morning.
The agent said there was a note in my file a week ago that they requested me to resend the photos but I have not received any notification.

Btw, Do you know at which address do we need to resend the photos? I just took the new photos today but do not know where to send them.
