Hello,

my Photos have reached the Case Processing Centre on 10 December. Any idea how long will it take from now for the cards to be approved? I am thinking it should be around 2nd week of January 2019..

Hi Nila21,

There are several timelines of photo resubmission may be helpful for you. You could go back a few pages and then you will find them.
I called IRCC two days ago and was told they are currently processing the photo received before Oct 12th. That is all info I know about this awkward situation. i am also waiting......

Hello friends, I did my landing on 13th Oct and my status got changed to approved on 13th Dec for two of us. My husband's got changed a day prior. Does this mean the cards got dispatched on these dates? My address is in Brampton, should we expect them in a day or two from now? Fingers crossed, X'mas holidays may impact delivery from Canada post..

I got a ghost update on my card application(main applicant) on 12th Dec. Wednesday but didn't see one on my wife's applcation(dependant). Is this normal? Or should I expect a photo request or something for her?

Yes, they get dispatched the same day of approval

Landed: October 18th
Ghost Update : December 10th
I called IRCC last week, they said, photo looks fine.
What exactly happens after ghost update?
How long does it take to see approval status?

Will I get some sort of notification once my status has changed? Or do I just have to keep logging on to check?

if the time processing for your PR card has passed, then check your account from time to time. The change will come first in your account before you receive a notification in your email.

did you receive notification or email of any sort from CIC? example: re-sending of photo for the 3rd applicant? check your Junk or Spam folder. otherwise call IRCC now.

Any update on your status?

I've just called them and I do not have good news for those who received photo requests.

They are still processing photos received on October 12th.

If you are in the case of photo requests, this will take about 6-8 weeks again, they will consider this as a new landed applicant. It happens to all anyway, so be patient.

Just got the photo renewing mail for her.. We’re not in Canada so got to courier the photos.Anyone has information about sending to PO Box via courier?

My photo arrived there Oct 22nd, I'll update here if anything happens.....so far nothing..... 53 days and counting....
