Called CIC yesterday. They told that ur whole process was done in canada so file won't get transferred to NDVO. Although ppr mail ll be generated by ndvo. Cio sydney will contact ndvo n trigger ppr mail. But when it will happen they didn't have any idea.

7th june AOR same progress bar in my account. Does that mean it ll take longer?

Not necessarily...I had called IRCC a day before I received the PPR mail and the agent mentioned that everything looked 'very positive' on my application but he was non-committal on anything else I asked him. So hope for the best!!!

Were you guys able to get any reply from agents as to why the delay is happening with Sydney? If yes, please let us know

No agents don’t say anything specific. When my 6 months was over, she offered to put in a request but said she can’t tell if and when I will get a reply didn’t email Sydney office. Don’t have the email address.

No luck buddy. Always getting standard replies. I completed six months few days back and I called yesterday. Agent was clueless about what is going on as my file was approved two months back. He said they don’t have any info when ppr emails will be sent and why there is delay from Sydney. Also, after pressuring him to some extent he said he will enquire about my application and raise alarm for the same. Hope so it yields some results.

He mailed to Sydney requesting action on my file as it crossed six months

Is it useful emailing the VO ? My file is in cpc ottawa with security not started and I will be completing 6 months on 16th December . Could I email cpc ottawa to take further action?

I didn't mail them directly. Used CSE and called agent who mailed on my behalf.
I think you can do that once you cross 6 months requesting action on their part. Not sure if it works but that's all we can do other than waiting

I also need to pass lots of exams to get license for practicing veterinary medicine in canada. So far i have cleared 2 steps.. only last step is left. Already preparing for it..but can't focus much due to present job and anxiety coz i still don't have ppr

Thats great news. Most of us have similar timeline and i have exact one.

Unfortunately, not necessarily.. this may mean that their processing pace is 1 person per month....

Spoke with CIC agent yesterday. I was told that my security is in process. Once it's completed, the file will be sent for final review.
When I inquired about my visa office, the agent told me that the file is still with CPC-Ottawa and will be assigned to VO at a later stage.

I am in BG check (IP2) since November 2nd.

It is damn frustrating.

There are bunch of people who had their AOR in 1st week and IP2 around 15-16 Oct. No news...we all are in the same ark buddy!

Its good to know ur security is in process. My AOR s June 25, last time i spoke security was not started. IP2 since October 29
