That was the case with last year..but this year I don't know what's on oinp's mind! If most of the guys create new profile in 2019 then they might even select older profiles as they would be few..as of now there are around 10k members in pool in 431-440 range .It would be tricky for them to choose few hundreds out of these members in pool. God knows how they are going to filter few hundreds from these 10k members!
Guys what do you think the CRS cut-off would be if they release normal HCP in Jan 2019? Last year it was 433 and 435 in two different rounds! I am sitting 435 and worried they would increase that due to tougher competition now than last year! Any opinions?

Yep that is what i was advised, i do not want that he is already in Canada, But i will have to go for that if that will be the only option i will be left with
