I am 448, I have received an email. It does not say anything in detail. It just says You have a new message in your account for application:XXXXXX. Does that mean it is related to ITA or is it for progress bar? I am not able to log in to my account right now due to a glitch.

Yes that means you have received it...once the system is back login to your account and you should see the message as ITA once you click that it automatically download the copy saying you have 60 days to submit your application....
