Hello everyone! I need help, advises, sugguestion etc about my Federal Application.

Last October 26, my ecas status was changed to DM but up until now, i did not recieve any Passport Request. Im from the Philippines and my Visa Office is in CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia.

My latest gckey status is...
*Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
*Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
*Review of additional documents We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
*Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
*Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
*Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
*Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

This is my timeline...

Nov 2017 AOR
March 2018 RPRF and MR
Apr 12, 2018 Medical done
Oct 26, 2018 DM
No PPR yet

Do any of you have thoughts or ideas on what might be the cause of the delay of my PPR? Thanks.

Hi I have same time line as yours. I am also 2017 aug applicant. You are actually lucky one. I still did not get any message like DM. At least you got it. I am inland applicant. I feel like you will get PPR this month. Do not think of it too much. It will come out soon. Anyways gratz mate. I wish I get dm also.

Hi Noor!

You’re not alone, AOR March 2018 and still stuck on application received. Did you do your application by yourself or through an agency? I was browsing on the GOkey page and maybe you have wrongly inserted some information? Might be caps sensitive or if through agenc, they might have already linked it?

Ok, you can ask them to check your file. However, rest assure that they will contact you themselves for any changes/updates in your application, that is what they are paid for . Hopefully , we’ll get the medical request before end of January. It’s a long wait but it should take more or less 18months to get everything completed and lets be honest, you wouldn’t want to head to canada during the harsh winter period as first experience right?!

when i ask my agency they say they didnt get any news from them yet and that they sending few MR request once a while not in batch as before
Yess i dont want to head to canada in winter with my kids
Lets hope we get the MR request before end january

Hello everyone,

I am an Inland applicant from Colombia,

I applied for the PEQ and received my CSQ,

The AOR for the PR was in June 8th 2018 and the last update was in October 30th 2018.

They were asking about Police Certificates , but as I am Colombian I have to do it only with two allowed agencies (G4S and Omnitepus).
I sent them November 8th 2018 and the company in Colombia acknowledge that they sent it. Although until now I havent received a confirmation from Canada that they DO have received the Police Certificates and what worries me the most is that in the online application (They allow me to upload the police certificates and the deadline is December 30th 2018. (but the only way for Colombians are the two approved companies mentioned before)

I tried contacting [email protected], without any luck, they had an automatic reply that said (Due to high volume of inquiries, our timeframe for email responses is within 10 business days. (I sent that email November 21st 2018). (12 business days) tomorrow I'll try contacting them directly via phone,

Has anyone experienced something similar?

December 1st onwards "Patience is running out" hahaha...don't worry, the change will happen soon. May be even today. Lets hope for the best. Its only a matter of time. How much time? Only the Visa Officer and God know. Good Luck to you buddy

1) I am getting error 461 while making payment by debit card. I came know that you need to enable foreign transactions on your debit card.

2) Should I make payment for each one or make payment all 3 in one go?

You can do either but it’s easier to make it all together and then upload one payment slip as proof.

Unfortunately, nothing can be done except waiting for news from the agency.. I read that it can speed up the application if you pay the biometrics and Roprf ( right of permanent residence fee or so) before they ask for it. My agency won’t take the payment and say we need to wait for them to ask to pay the fees first...

Hi

payment for all 3 at once instead of individually but with credit card instead of debit card. That is what I did. Debit cards normally don’t work for online transactions.
