Find out in which VISA office your application is getting processed from and then write directly to them through webform or email

status bar will be pictorial depiction of ur status...accuracy will be as soon as good info in system... don overthink it just a minor guy change .. don ask me how I know... just saying don keep high hopes

Can anyone see that progress bar yet?
 
Wait for them to notify you as per their email:

On December 12, 2018, you’ll see a progress bar for your Express Entry application. The progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application. It will give you an estimated completion date based on our latest estimated processing times.

We’ll let you know when the progress bar is available for your application.​
