My application for study permit is approved na, however my spouse’s open working permit was refused because my initial course is ESL which is 8months then followed my by my 3yr course.
Pero ireapply po namin today si spouse ng TRV na lang, since ang reason lang naman po for the refusal is my initial program of study.
Any thoughts po on this?
My timeline:
Oct 24 - submitted online regular stream
Oct 25- request medical
Oct 31 - medical done at SLEC
Nov 7 - passed medical
Nov 13 - eligibility review (nbi requested)
Nov30 - study permit APPROVED

Mga boss, just landed in Canada. Kwento ko lang yung experience ko. Mababait yung mga airport officers and staff nila.
All in all, nasa 20mins total yung processing ko sa airport.
