AOR: July 24th
MEP: Aug 15th
IP1: Aug 15th
IP2: Nov 9th
Ghost Update: Nov 15th
PPR: Nov 29th

What a relief! Thanks for all for keeping our hopes alive day in day out, really appreciated!
Hopefully everyone will get their PPRs sooner rather than later..

Hey Guys!
Does anyone have any experience regarding applying for jobs in Canada before landing?
Is it a good practice to apply before your landing or just a waste of time?
Any specific format/formats for Resume?

It is always better to search and apply for jobs while you are at your home country.
So, if you are lucky you may get a job offer while you are waiting for the PPR...
Or else, you can arrange a face-to-face interview when you land to Canada...

People - Does anyone know when exactly to they decide to put someone in Security screening. I read somewhere that if you are getting into SS then your security would be started much earlier on in the application?

I would like to know as well. I have asked this before but did not get any response. Was wondering if the SS starts right after the background check starts or does it happen earlier/later in the process

November, one of the most exciting months...It's all happening.

Started by receiving the GCMS notes, and then moved into IP2 stage, and then received the ghost update, and celebrated my birthday. Finally, received the PPR to wrap up the month...

So, do not lose you'll hopes ever...Good times will come...

I think for those in security screening, their security indeed starts early right after eligibility is met.
