Photo Received: Oct 15th
Approval: Under process (89 days and counting)

We have people who came 1 month after me already have their PR card.
To say, IRCC is unfair would be an under statement.

Well a photo request means a completely different route. The time taken for cases where there are photo requests is way more than those who get their cards processed straight through. I dread receiving a a photo request after waiting for 61 days. That would mean another month or more.

Same is my case, my application got approved and my husband’s application didn’t. Called IRCC they said applications are processed individually and not as a family hence all are approved at different days. He said to wait for a week and call if it doesn’t gets updated (dispatched)

My wife photo request came.... not mine but we had genuine reason and presented like 15 16 documents and hers was considered in 15 days time line

You can not contact ircc through phone but you can contact your local country visa office .another best option is use ircc web form. Write them email they will reply you back in 2-4 business days . You can search “ ircc web form” on google and write all information it asks
