I called the IRCC call center and they mentioned that my file is in Otawwa and it's not yet come to New Delhi office. Could this mean a further delay in the processing times?

How are the May guys doing?

It depends on a lot many things, but mostly your travel history. If you have never traveled out of your country, it could complete in as little as a week or so. That is if you are sure your security check has started and is in progress.

If it has not started. There is only one thing it would depend on.. Agent's mood.

I too am likely stuck at Security not started since Oct 26.

I ve been told that everything looks fine and approved except they are doing some security check on the side!
