I have crs 447, considering recent cutoff of 449 i am in doubt now. Will i get ita in coming draws? Also what will be the crs cutoff in coming year? I have a saving account in which my salary is getting credited from last 5 years. I have put funds around $16500 in that account in past two months slowly by cheque to show as liquid fund proof. Major part of money is given to me by my brother and mother. Is it 100% mandatory that funds need to be 6months old or gift deed has to be given along.? I am single applicant
Hello all
i have 3 siblings in Canada .. and my wife has one sibling in Canada all of them have permanent resident or Citizenship.of Canada .... so for my post ITA documents upload section do i upload proof of only one sibling or all . ..
We are creating an ee profile. As per crs calculator we have 446.
I have some doubts on work history.
1. Wife is the primary applicant and has 1 yr experience as permanent employee. Other experiences are contract/temporary. Shall we provide only that 1yr in work history?
2. Secondary applicant dont have canadian experience. Shall we mention experience here as 'No'?

Hello Experts,
I am doing a course that has the option to self pace and finish it much quicker than 1 year although the academic length of the course is equivalent to one year as confirmed by the institution.
So, my question is if I do the evaluation with ICES or CES, will there be any problem as I wont be taking entire one year for completing the course? Thanks
Hi guys,
I'm not claiming any points for my Spouse's employment. However, in the EE profile we mentioned her current and previous employment details. And to provide proofs for her previous employment we only have the relieving letter. And we are not confident on the HR contact provided in the relieving letter on confirming about her employment. Will the Case Officer verify her employment details as well. Please let me know on how to handle this situation.
Hi All,
In Work Experience, do we have to provide the address of the employment or Employer's address?
In my case, I have been working at a client location while my office is in a different city.
TIA
Hi Seniors,
I have a query with respect to work history.
I have 8 plus years of experience in two different NOC with the same organization and still continuing there.
I started as a clerk and got promoted after 3 years. The Noc code for clerk is 1434 [skill set C] which doesn’t qualify for EE.
Can I just show the work history for the job profile after getting promotion and submit EE? I will be mentioning the year when I got promoted and will be claiming points only for 5 years and for that profile. Is that allowed.
Please advice as I am in a dilemma on how to proceed. I am not sure if this will be treated as false information if I show only the details for one NOC though the work history is for the same organization.
Thanks.
Any advice on my above query would be highly appreciated.

In your profile, you have to choose your PRIMARY NOC and your score will be based on that. So I suggest you go ahead with the 5 years after the promotion that you mentioned. That will earn you maximum points. You can declare the first three years in personal history if you want. Or in the work history with a different NOC, if you can get the reference letter as per IRCC's guidelines.
Thanks Grizz.
However, if I mention a NOC code which is in Skill set C; will my profile get rejected?

List the clerk job under PERSONAL HISTORY list the other job which qualified for EE under WORK HISTORY as long as you can get reference letter

Hi there everyone
I went through a big chunk of the forum but I couldn't find the answer to my question. If I someone is already in Canada working, with good job and wants to apply for PR and is eligible only for CEC what answer should that person choose in Expees Entry when they ask for funds? My friend is in the situation that she doesn't have that minimum $12,475 and the only option for her to choose from is "Less than 12,475 - not enough settlement funds". If she chooses that, will she still be considered for CEC working as a project manager in BC?
Thanks
