I saw on other passport sending threads and usually it takes CIC agents 2 days after it is accepted to approve your application. So probably, tomorrow you will see it

Hey guys, I have a question. I remembered that when I sent my passport, I put all those 4 requested item in a single package, but before that the clerk took the tracking number for the Xpresspost prepaid envelope and gave it to me. It is normal right? Do we use that tracking code to see when it is activated?
Yes it is normal. There are two receipts the first pink one, they give it to you (that's for the package going to Ottawa and would have activated the same day). For the 2nd envelope you won't have receipt (unless you noted the tracking number on a different paper). When it will be coming back, they will take off the pink receipt from that too (it will then be activated).
I sent the passport to Ottawa on Nov. 24th. The tracking page on Canadapost.ca says that the expected delivery date is Nov. 30th.
It was originally Nov. 27th when I paid for Xpresspost on Nov. 24th. They increase 1 day every day after I sent. It may be because Canada Post is on strike in Ottawa from Nov. 23rd.
Hi all,
Can someone tell me what you invlude in your mail?
I am sending it now,and I just wanna make sure everything is correct.

Thanks, so yours arrived in regular processing time. Canada post was on strike in Ontario. They started to work again today. I checked the FIRST update about my envelop from Canada Post this evening.
