At least my CSQ
Quota juin 2016, MPQ
Latin America.

Only around 250 have been issued, many IR due lack points, midi is applying August 2018 rules.

Guys try another option, there are 5900 papper backlog many from asia, India, etc. This countrys have already completed the 2018 quota. By other hand, the next year will have a similar xuota, and believe it winwo be more than 8.000 (PEQ and regular quita) and Mon projet candidates are 5500+ 5900???

Checklist sent by MIDI in November 2017
Sent documents to MIDI in Jan 2018
Waiting for their response now...online status says processing

I'm not sure how long it will take at this stage.
