Hello guys,

I submitted by passport on 16th November at VAC. On 19th November, it shows under process at the IRCC office New delhi.
Guys, can you please tell me in an average how many days will it take to stamp visa?

It took us 15 days from the date submitted to the date we got the message saying it has been dispatched from New Delhi.

Its a ottawa number

About 10 days ago I received 2 calls from another 613 number and when I called back I got the same message as you

It could be one of those CRA scammers calling

613-789-46XX area code prefix is located in Yarker, Ontario in county.
613-789-4648 is a Landline phone number operated by Bell Canada, and is located in the city of Ottawa in Ontario
Sounds like NOT from CIC or IRCC but a Telemarketer it could be.

About 10 days ago I received 2 calls from another 613 number and when I called back I got the same message as you

It could be one of those CRA scammers calling

My file is moved to NDVO from Sydney, NS visa office on 21st Nov. Ralph confirmed on 14th Nov that the eligibility, security, and criminality is completed for the primary applicant and pending for the spouse. What does it indicate?
AOR: Aug 15
Spouse added: Oct 1
Ghost update for file transfer: Nov 21
