Only when I logged into my account. I contacted cic about the update and he indicated the card went into production on that day when I received the ghost update.

An update (in case someone finds it helpful). Our Cards were send to Production on 14th November and they were mailed out on 22nd November. So, looks like it took ~8 working days in our case for the cards to be printed.

Was the ghost update for the cards being sent to production? Did you call CIC to confirm if your cards were sent to production?

I didn't link my application so no online checking for me. I called CIC last week where they told me about production, and called again yesterday where they updated me on the mailing status.

Yeaa they working on same time frame of 13 14 production.. my frn card went for peoduction on 14 so i am expecting his also to mailed by monday
